Do you have a New Year’s Resolution?
I am often struck by just how many HR leaders are held back by messy processes, too many approvals, the continued use of multiple spreadsheets and paper and technology solutions that seem to work against them. HRDs in 2019 still go to board meetings with reports that have taken huge amounts of effort to agree headcount, attrition and engagement metrics. With numerous tech start-ups and global organisations alike pushing AI, bots, RPA, predictive analytics and other apparently must-have HR tech, it’s no wonder that HR leaders struggle to get the basics right whilst keeping up with innovation.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t just apply to a minority. These issues affect most small, mid-sized and large organisations alike and even those with the best technology that money can buy. If you’re not in this group, then well done – you seem to be in great shape and can focus on delivering value and success in your organisation.
I am lucky to be in a position to help those who aren’t in this position and I relish the challenge set by many HRDs. We have developed an HR diagnostic that can help you to pinpoint the priorities in your HR operations. Where are the quick wins? What should we tackle for strategic long-term improvement? How do we get the best from our current investments? How can we deliver better value to our organisations?
If you are interesting in getting to the root of the issues you face on a daily basis and viewing these as exciting opportunities for change, then please get in touch. firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 03300 240 456.
Our customers choose us for many reasons, but typically because we deliver value quickly without huge investment and we never over-engineer the process. If you don’t have a new year’s resolution yet, why not make 2019 the year that real change happens?
