WHO WE ARE

We are a family of HR professionals.

At HRCubed, we enable HR departments to achieve their transformation objectives by delivering a comprehensive process and change management programme. We are a technology agnostic consultancy and deliver impartial advice on using technology (existing or new) as an enabler to improve success. Technology is of course just one piece of the puzzle and if considered in isolation can have disastrous results. Strong and engaging HR leadership is the ultimate catalyst for success in an organisation - empowering employees and managers to be the best they can be. Combining the power of Organisation, Process and Technology together we can deliver success to your organisation that positively affects business outcomes.

We are your guides on this journey. We understand the transformational power that trusting and empowering employees brings to an organisation and we recognise this as a key HR objective - ensuring that all employees feel truly engaged, trusted and empowered. We engage with many organisations who struggle to achieve this due to commonplace barriers which prevent employees from doing a great job. These are, in the main, organisational, cultural, process, leadership and technology barriers, all of which we, at HRCubed, are experts in identifying and eliminating. As an example, during a recent engagement, we highlighted 70 quick, low cost improvements that, once actioned, removed 200 working days per year of administrative activity from both the HR team and the wider business and saved more than £200k in ongoing operational costs. This was an organisation of 2000 employees – how might this translate into your business?
